ACLOSARA SP Tablets (10’s) are a combination medication used to alleviate pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and musculoskeletal injuries. This fixed-dose combination includes:

• Aceclofenac 100 mg – a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation and pain by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes.
• Paracetamol 500 mg – an analgesic and antipyretic that relieves pain and reduces fever by acting on the central nervous system.
• Serratiopeptidase 15 mg – a proteolytic enzyme that aids in breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, promoting healing and reducing swelling.
