Abpara 1G (Paracetamol) Injection is a sterile intravenous solution formulated for rapid relief of moderate pain and fever, particularly in situations where oral paracetamol cannot be administered. Mechanism of Action

Administration & Dosage

Route: Intravenous (IV) infusion
Infusion Time: Over 15 minutes
Typical Dosage (Adults & Adolescents ≥ 50 kg):

• 1 g (100 ml) every 4–6 hours

• Maximum: 4 g per day

• Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours

• Adjustments required for:

  • Liver impairment

  • Kidney impairment

  • Chronic alcoholism

Not for self-administration.
